During Your Treatments

This time is all about you. Relax completely and let the therapist do all the work. There is no need to talk at all. Remove clothing only if you're comfortable; you can keep on whatever you like. Please let us know is there is anything more we can do!

To Reschedule Appointments

Your treatment time has been reserved just for you. Changes to appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours will have a rescheduling fee of $25.

Arrival and Check-In

Omega Spa is located within the offices of Alpha Dental Care, on the 5th floor of Chinook Centre's Professional Building. We invite you to arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled spa service time to ensure that treatment time is maximized.

Gratuities

If you wish to leave gratuities as the result of an exceptional experience, these will be accepted with appreciation. Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests and are not included in our pricing, and often range from 10-20%.
